Carl Lee, Solicitor
Carl is a projects lawyer who practises in the areas of infrastructure, engineering, construction and dispute resolution.
Carl gives advice on project structuring, contract drafting, administration and risk management. He acts for principals, financiers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants in the engineering, transportation, energy, construction and mining industries. Carl has experience with a broad range of issues and procurement processes and structures in both the public and private sectors, including PPP projects.
Carl provides advice and support relating to dispute resolution ranging from security of payment to expert determination and arbitration.
Carl was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2000. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Claire Scanlon, Solicitor
Claire is a construction and infrastructure projects lawyer with 18 years of experience advising Government clients, private sector sponsors, contractors, financiers and subcontractors, in both the UK and Australia, across a range of industries, including construction, engineering, transport, health and energy, on the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects.
Claire has extensive experience working on projects involving the procurement of public infrastructure, including those procured under a public private partnership model, and has a deep understanding of the key legal, technical and commercial issues arising on such projects. She has substantial experience of drafting, negotiating and providing advice in relation to a broad range of construction and other commercial contracts.
Claire was admitted to practice in Scotland in 1996 and in Australia in 2003.
